Our floor plan process has five stages: a site visit, accurate on-site measurement, professional CAD production, a multi-stage quality control check, and next-day delivery.

A trained Photoplan surveyor attends the property at a time that suits, often alongside the photography shoot.

Property measurement
Every room is measured with laser distance tools for dependable dimensions and total floor area.

CAD production
Our dedicated in-house CAD team draws the plan to a clean, consistent, branded standard.

Quality control
Each plan passes a multi-stage quality control check for accuracy, labelling and presentation.

Delivery
The finished plan is delivered the next working day by email and through the booking app.
